One year ago today, I took the first steps of what I would call a spiritual awakening, a mid-life rebirth. Although I was always aware of spirit, this date one year ago marks the day I began real inner work in earnest.

The journey has been WILD. It has been an epic tale for the ages of learning to feel, learning to heal, connecting to other dimensions, CHOOSING to cry alone for what felt like eternity, deeply connecting plant medicine ceremonies, starting a new business, sacred geometry downloads, and letting go of some of the things I thought I'd carry forever because that's just who I was.

The me a year ago wouldn't recognize the me today. But the me today sees that I am more authentically myself than I've ever been. Layers have been stripped away and the core of who I came here to BE begins to glow more every single day. And the work goes on. A thousand deaths and rebirths.

And on this one year anniversary, something has shifted - a new willingness to create. In honor of this, I will be posting images and stories over the next several weeks that will take you through the highlights of my one year journey.

I can't wait to share with you, to be with you, to hear from you, to connect.

It is my intention in sharing my story to normalize living deeply into YOUR story and perhaps taking that first step you've been thinking about for so long. I am so grateful for that step - it opened into this. It's been the hardest and best year of my life, and all I want is more.

The full moon is coming, along with an opportunity to choose.

To choose to allow the moon to assist in our healing…
…or to blame it for bringing things to the surface.

To let it move our emotional tide…
…or to fight the tide in a losing battle.

To feel the fullness of every aspect of ourselves…
…or to stay fragmented, rejecting the parts of ourselves we’re afraid of.

In this ceremony, your own fullness will be honored under the full moon – who you’ve been, who you no longer wish to be, and who you are becoming.

The collaborative healing ceremony will include heart opening cacao, breathwork to set your spirit's stage and call in an intention, and a sound bath to bring us all home into our own perfect energetic frequencies.

Saturday morning looks beautiful! Join me for some outdoor breathwork at Lost Cabin in Hill City!

I had the honor of getting to preview an early version of a new documentary being made on one of my greatest teachers and friends, Jan Conn.

Something Jan said in an interview in the movie spoke to me deeply and helped me see even more clearly why I'm focused on bringing breathwork to people.

Jan was talking about growing up, about her early life, about her mom. She said her mom was depressed and ill from a very early age, ill her whole life essentially.

And she said "Honestly, I don't think there was anything wrong with her at all. She just didn't have the opportunity to be herself."

BINGO! Jan and Herb earned our respect as individuals because they followed their hearts so purely. And Jan knew the impact that following your heart can have on your health, on your body, on your whole being, and vice-versa!

How do we connect with our hearts with that kind of purity?

Breathwork is one modality. Certainly not the only one, but one I've found to be very effective and accessible.

Come try breathing with me and connect to your heart and your own health! Your conscious breath alone can take you on this journey to see more clearly where you're being called to go.

We all know this world could use more folks like Jan and Herb - why not let that person be you?
