About the event
The perfect way to start your weekend! Come explore your inner world and move some energy with the power of your own breath. Chris will guide you through about 45 minutes of breathing techniques designed to take you deep into meditation. You'll reconnect with parts of yourself that have long been lost. It can be a surprisingly profound experience!
Following the breathing, there will be a time for integration - with beer available, of course!
No experience in breathwork is necessary.
