About the event
This beautiful two hour healing ceremony will take place in the heart of the Earth, inside an actual fully dark cave, beginning with breathwork to reset the nervous system, followed by a sound bath to attune your frequency to resonate with the Earth itself.
Breathwork in it's most simple form is conscious breathing. Conscious breathing equates to conscious living. We explore this together in breath.
The location of the cave will be sent once you purchase your ticket. The road to the cave is fairly rough, so there will be an option if you don't have a higher clearance vehicle to meet at a carpool/caravan location. All of this information will come in an e-mail with your ticket.
IMPORTANT: The inside of the cave is 49 degrees. YOU MUST BRING: a sleeping pad or insulating pad of some kind, a sleeping bag or warm blanket, and warm clothes. You w…
