Join Chris and Betsy at the Trailhouse in Custer for an evening of deep inner exploration through Breathwork and Sound Healing. This unique offering weaves together the activating power of conscious breath with the restorative vibrations of the gong, alchemy crystal bowls, and other healing instruments.
As you journey through breath and sound, you’ll be guided to attune to the natural rhythms within and around you — releasing what no longer serves and expanding into cosmic harmony. It will be an awesome experience!
