About the event
Breathing. It's automatic. But it doesn't have to be. The magic of breathwork is that in becoming conscious of this automatic process, we are able to reconnect with what we wish to feel - by going through what we have been unwilling to feel. Take your life off auto-pilot. This is about reconnecting to your heart and feeling that which you already understand in your head. There's no need to RSVP here but if you do, I'll know you're coming!
The class is donation based. Yoga mats and blankets are provided.
